Cardboard Automatic Die Cutting Machine

Features:

■The maximum die-cutting speed can reach 8000 times/hour, and the die-cutting accuracy can be within ± 0.1mm.

■The main wallboard has a thickness of 65mm, and the pressure can reach 300 tons.

■The feeder head has four suction cups, five delivery rolls, and nine suction nozzles, which can provide strong suction and stable paper delivery. The suction cups can adjust the paper’s height, angle, and suction air volume according to the paper’s changing condition without stopping the machine, achieving accurate and stable feeding for paper of different thicknesses.

■The pre-cutting paper mechanism and the main and auxiliary paper feeding devices achieve continuous paper feeding without stopping the machine.

■The machine is controlled by a PCL program and has two human-machine interface displays to monitor the machine’s operating status in real-time and dynamically monitor the input and output points and various faults of the PCL program controller.

■The machine also has four manually adjustable front positioning rules and four fiber optic detection switches to adjust the front rule’s precision and check the paper’s positioning on the human-machine interface display without stopping the machine, thus avoiding waste.

■The side positioning is designed with a pull-push rule, which can be adjusted and interchanged to accommodate the die-cutting of cardboard and corrugated paper, and has the fiber optic detection accuracy of paper positioning.

■The machine also has a high-precision three-element cam intermittent mechanism with a stroke angle of 220^o which makes the gear rack operate more smoothly.

■The machine adopts an imported pneumatic clutch and a frequency control motor, which provides smooth braking.

■The lock plate positioning in the plate frame is pneumatic, which is accurate and easy to operate.
